Hi, I’m Laura, a newborn and family photographer based in the North East.
I’m a mam to two children, and I know just how quickly those early days pass. The tiny details, the quiet moments, the everyday love. These are the things that deserve to be remembered.
I specialise in lifestyle, natural photography, capturing your family just as you are, in the comfort of your own home. No stiff posing or forced smiles, just relaxed, meaningful moments and genuine connections.
I began photographing newborns and families in April 2025, with a focus on creating timeless images that tell your story. From tiny fingers and sleepy cuddles to the beautiful chaos of family life, my sessions are calm, baby-led and completely unhurried.
My aim is to create photographs that feel real, emotional and full of warmth, images you’ll treasure long after these moments have passed.

Capture your baby in the first 6-14 days. Freeze the feeling of the newborn bubble and the details that will so quickly change. After our session you will have timeless, dreamy images that you will want displayed on your walls forever.

Why In-Home Newborn Photography?
The first days with your baby are fleeting. The best memories happen where your family feels most at peace. At home, surrounded by familiar comforts, you can simply be together, laughing, snuggling, and discovering each other without the stress of leaving the house.
As a mother of two, I understand the whirlwind of new parenthood. I know the sleepless nights, the endless to-dos, and the quiet moments you wish you could freeze in time. That is where I step in, capturing these tender, unrepeatable days while you simply breathe, soak it all in, and enjoy your little one.
I will take care of the rest. You just enjoy the magic.
THE PROCESS
Step One
Getting in touch
When you’re ready to go ahead, fill out a contact form and I will get back to you within 24 hrs.
Booking at least 3 months in advance is highly recommended.
You will receive a full pricing guide and further information on how to secure your space in my diary
Step Two
Booking you in
Once we have a contract signed and deposit secured, you will receive a welcome pack with all the information needed for our upcoming newborn photoshoot.
STEP 3
Our session
During our session we will take as many breaks as we need to ensure yourselves and your little ones stay comfortable and relaxed. The session is completely baby led and I am able to adjust my work flow to suit your families needs.
STEP 4
Your gallery
Dn 2–3 weeks, you will receive your private gallery via email.
You’ll be able to view and download all 40 images. If you wish, you can also choose to upgrade your gallery for additional options.
Laura was so lovely and natural during our newborn photo shoot. She sent the edited photos so soon after so we weren’t waiting long to see the incredible photos she took of our 3 week old son! Very reasonably priced for her brill talent!
